Nandgopal & Sharika Wedding
Nandgopal and Sharika were probably quite surprised when fates bought them together in holy matrimony this year. On 24th March, Nandgopal adorned his partner with the blessed thaali and proclaimed her to be his wife. Amidst rituals and chants, Nandgopal and Sharika promised each other support and friendship throughout the many years of their lives.
Tamarind Weddings was honoured to be a part of their wedding celebration. On 25th of March, on the shores of the Kochi baywaters at the Ramada Resort, a quiet reception was held for the couple.
The families of both Nandgopal and Sharika believed in holding a rich yet simple ceremony for their children. Giving prime importance to traditional preferences, the wedding reception was done up mainly with sunset shades such as yellow and gold. The backdrop of the wedding stage was a charming display of marigold and was lined with elegant white roses and oriental lilies. The lighting played up the ambiance to give it a warm and personal look.
Soft sitar music played in the background as the couple lighted their lamp of happiness and shared their wedding joy with the guests.
