This movie is an adaptation of a best seller novel of the same name written by Cecelia Ahern in 2004. It is about Holly and Gerry’s love which defies barriers imposed by time, space and even death.

Gerry is detected with a brain tumor which will eventually take his life. Because of the seriousness of his situation, he decides to write some letters to his wife which would reach her after he dies and help her to move on in life. Each letter ends with the title of the movie, “P.S. I Love You”.

In his letters, he teaches Holly about life after death, hope and patience. The movie reveals love’s all-conquering ability to fight destiny’s obstacles and reach out beyond life and death.
